CNC TV interviewed Mr. Plang Phalla to share some of his key tips to young generations to succeed in their study and work. Mr. Phalla said that he believes that anyone can achieve their goals if they follow these four principles: passion, perseverance, learning and networking.

He shared his own story of how he started his business from scratch and faced many obstacles along the way. He said that he never gave up and always learned from his mistakes.

Learning means having the curiosity and openness to acquire new knowledge and skills. Mr. Phalla said that learning is the foundation of innovation and growth. He encouraged young people to always seek new opportunities to learn and improve themselves. He said that he reads a lot of books, attends seminars and workshops, and listens to podcasts to keep himself updated and inspired.

Networking means having the ability and willingness to connect with other people who can help you achieve your goals. Mr. Phalla said that networking is the secret to expanding your horizons and opportunities. He suggested young people to build their network by joining clubs, associations, online communities, and events related to their interests and goals. He said that he has met many mentors, partners, clients, and friends through networking.
